He got a chance in the eleven in place of Sanju Samson. Making his debut at the age of just 15 years and 99 days, he became the youngest player to play international cricket for India. He broke the record of Sachin Tendulkar, who made his international debut against Pakistan in 1989 at the age of 16 years and 205 days. Vaibhav’s childhood coach Manish Ojha is very happy with his disciple’s debut in international cricket. He says that Vaibhav will go far. He said that he has different batting abilities.

The much-awaited international debut of 15-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi did not live up to expectations, but thanks to Tilak Verma’s explosive innings in the last over, India scored a challenging score of 190 runs for seven wickets in 20 overs. In the last overs of the innings, Tilak Verma scored unbeaten 24 runs in 11 balls. He scored 17 runs against Joffra Archer in the last over and took India to a respectable score. It was not easy to bat in cloudy and windy weather.

In this match, all eyes were on 15-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi, who made his debut in international cricket and broke 37-year-old Sachin Tendulkar’s record of playing for India at the youngest age.
