The Chairman of the Commission has conducted an internal audit and identified the shortcomings and weak links of the examination system. Based on this, a roadmap has now been prepared, in which special emphasis has been given on the use of technology.
The biggest change is regarding the use of AI i.e. Artificial Intelligence in checking answer sheets. AI will eliminate the possibility of error in evaluation
AI based system will help in reading and analyzing the answers given in the answer sheets in a technical manner. This will speed up the evaluation process as well as reduce the possibility of irregularities. However, the detailed procedure will be decided by the Commission regarding how the final system will be implemented and in which examinations it will be used first.
Internal audit will remove the shortcomings of the system
In the examination system of RPSC, work is being done to make not only copy checking but also other stages related to the examination more secure. A plan has been made to highlight the shortcomings in the system and remove them through internal audit. Actually, transparency and trust are most important in competitive examinations. In such a situation, the Commission wants to make the examination process stronger by using AI and other technologies. The special thing is that now the technical support of AI will be added along with the human process in checking the copies, due to which an effort will be made to establish more confidence in the examination and result process of lakhs of candidates.
