The most prominent names include Australia's David Warner. In 2015, this former opener played an unbeaten inning of 244 runs on the first day of the Perth Test against Pakistan. He was out after playing an innings of 253 runs on 286 balls. There was no result in this match and it was a draw.

Talking about Wiaan Mulder, he entered the match as the stand-in captain of South Africa and scored 264 runs in one day against Zimbabwe. In this match, he had a chance to break Brian Lara's world record of 400 runs but declared the innings. Mulder had played a not out inning of 367 runs with the help of 49 fours and 4 sixes.

For the first time in 2004, he played an innings of 228 runs against Pakistan at his home in Multan. In this, Sehwag created history by scoring a triple century in Test for the first time. He became the first batsman from India to do so.
