Wall Cleaning Tips: Are there fingerprints on the walls? Clean the house in minutes with these 3 things

How To Clean Wall Paint Without Damaging It: Having fingerprints or hand marks on the walls of the house is a common problem. Especially in houses where there are small children or there is a lot of movement of people, fingerprints start appearing on the walls quickly. With time, these stains spoil the beauty of the entire room and the walls start looking dirty. However, there is no need to buy expensive cleaning products every time to clean them. With the help of some common things present in the house, these marks can be removed in a few minutes. However, before adopting any solution, try it on a small and less visible part of the wall so that it can be known whether it has any effect on the paint.

How to remove fingerprints?

If there are fingerprints on the wall, dish washing liquid is considered to be the easiest and safest solution. For this, take lukewarm water in a bucket and add a few drops of dish washing liquid in it. Now slightly soak the microfiber cloth in this solution, squeeze it and clean the stained area slowly. Once the marks are removed, let the wall dry on its own. If light marks are visible even after drying, the same process can be repeated once again.

Vinegar is also effective in removing marks

White vinegar is also considered very effective in removing greasy stains from walls. It contains natural grease removing properties. For this, mix half a cup of white vinegar in about two liters of lukewarm water. After this, lightly wet the microfiber cloth in this solution and gently wipe the area with fingerprints. After cleaning is complete, wipe the same area again with only clean lukewarm water and then dry it with a dry microfiber cloth. If the marks are not completely clear then this method can be adopted again.

Ordinary white chalk is also effective

Very few people know that ordinary white chalk can also help in removing oily fingerprints from the walls. Chalk has the ability to absorb oil, due to which the stains start becoming lighter. First rub the sharp part of the new chalk a little so that it does not scratch the wall. After this, rub the chalk lightly on the marked area and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes. Then clean the chalk with a dry microfiber cloth. Finally, lightly wet the same cloth and wipe off both the remaining chalk and stains. This process can be repeated again if needed.
