How to prepare the dough?

If you have taken 500 grams of flour, then add salt as per taste, half cup lukewarm milk, 2 tablespoons curd, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon instant yeast or 1/2 teaspoon baking soda and melted ghee and mix well. After this, add milk into it and knead a soft dough. Then apply a little oil on the dough and keep it covered in a warm place, so that it rises well.

Now let’s talk about chicken stuffing. For this, first of all take boiled and fibrous chicken. Add finely chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and chaat masala and mix well. When the dough has risen well and the chicken stuffing is ready, make a big ball of the dough. Roll it out and place 2-3 spoons of chicken stuffing in the middle. When the naan starts rising, turn the pan upside down and cook the naan on direct flame. If you want, you can cook it thoroughly on the pan from both the sides. After the naan is ready, apply melted butter or ghee on it and serve it hot.
