The report also revealed that there are many responsibilities of the family which are not visible, but it takes a lot of mental energy to handle them. Like keeping an eye on children's school activities, scheduling doctor's appointments, remembering important documents or taking care of household needs. According to the survey, 62 percent working mothers said that it is difficult to maintain a balance between job and family. Whereas only 47 percent fathers feel this way. It is clear from this that the burden of mental and family responsibilities is more on women.
