ji0 gives a feature to its users, by which if you have recharged yourself or any member of your family with MyJio and have accidentally recharged on the wrong number, then you can get your money back by applying within a few hours. This feature works only when your transaction is done through MyJio app only. This facility does not work if you recharge through any other payment or recharge app. Upon applying, the money is returned to your source payment.

application procedure?
To withdraw the money of wrong recharge, first of all open MyJio and go to Recharge Transaction History. Now open the details of the transaction in which you have made a mistake. At the bottom you see the option of Cancel Plan for 3 hours, click on it. After this you will be asked the reason for cancellation and the source of refund. After filling it, your money is refunded within some time.
What should airtel and VI users do?
Airtel and Vi customers also get such facility, Airtel customers go to MyAirtel and select Help & Support option there. Go there and select the option of Facing issue with recharge and then select the option of Wrong recharge and select the source of refund. If VI users want the money back for wrong recharge then they will have to send an SMS. Type WRR
