New Delhi. Rajasthan Royals’ opening batsman Vaibhav Suryavanshi has created a storm with the bat in the Indian Premier League 2026. He scored a lot of runs against Sunrisers Hyderabad at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur on Saturday. 15 year old Suryavanshi scored 103 runs in 37 balls, which included five fours and 12 sixes. Thanks to his innings, Royals scored 228/6 in 20 overs. However, this score was also not enough and Sunrisers achieved the target with nine balls and five wickets. Abhishek Sharma (57) and Ishan Kishan (74) batted brilliantly to give Hyderabad their fourth consecutive win.

“I was just telling him that the way he is batting is crazy. Sometimes I get scared as to what the scorecard would have looked like if he had lasted a few more overs. We needed to take his wicket. The score was 228, it could have easily been 258,” Kishan said on JioHotstar’s ‘Google Search AI Mode Match Center Live’.
He further said, “Cricket is a game of comebacks. We got him out and made a little comeback from there. I told him, ‘When I play against you, be a little kinder to my team. I know all your secrets and inside stories’,” he added.
In the match against SRH, Suryavanshi scored the second fastest century among Indian batsmen. Touched the three-figure mark in just 36 balls. This record is also in his name. Who scored a century in 35 balls last year.
