Telangana UPSC Free Coaching: If you also want to prepare for UPSC Civil Services Examination but hold back due to expensive coaching fees, then a great opportunity has come up from the Telangana government. Let us tell you that Telangana Backward Classes Welfare Department has started a free long term coaching program for UPSC Civil Services Examination 2027. This coaching is conducted at TGBCESDTC i.e. Telangana BC Employability Skill Development and Training Center in TG BC Study Circle located in Saiabad area of Hyderabad. Will be done through. Candidates can apply online for this by visiting the official website tgbcstudycircle.cgg.gov.in.
Application Dates and Selection Process
- 15 July 2026 – Notification of coaching program released
- 17 July 2026 – Online application process starts
- 7 August 2026 – Last date for online application
- 13 August 2026 – Hall ticket downloading starts
- 16 August 2026 – Screening test will be conducted
- 19 August 2026 – Result will be declared
- 21 August 2026 – Certificate verification process begins
- 24 August 2026 – Classes will start, which will run till May 2027
Selection Process:
- A total of 150 candidates will get admission
- 100 candidates will be selected through online screening test.
- 50 candidates who have already cleared UPSC Prelims will get direct admission without test (subject to meeting the eligibility conditions).

Stipend, facilities and eligibility conditions
The most special thing about this coaching program is that the candidates selected in it will be given a stipend of Rs 5000 every month, but for this they will have to fulfill the attendance conditions. Apart from this, a one-time book grant of Rs 5000 will also be given, along with the facility to use the study circle’s library and studies will be provided from experienced faculty.
The candidate applying for this coaching must have a graduation degree from a recognized university and must also fulfill all the eligibility conditions of UPSC Civil Services Exam 2027. Along with this, the annual income of the family should not exceed Rs 1.5 lakh for candidates from rural areas and Rs 2 lakh for candidates from urban areas.
