When Vaibhav was asked an interesting question that if he had to play a ‘doubles’ match in tennis, who would he choose as his partner? Vaibhav immediately took the name of Abhishek Sharma without any delay. He said, ‘I will definitely choose Abhishek bhaiya. He is my opening partner in international cricket and I have no problem in keeping pace with him.

Expressing his respect and friendship towards Abhishek Sharma, Vaibhav further said, ‘I enjoy batting with Abhishek bhaiya on the field. Our chemistry is very good, so if I ever play a doubles tennis match, I would like him to stand on the other side of the court with me.

Vaibhav spoke openly about his love for tennis and his favorite players. He said, ‘When I started watching tennis, I used to watch Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic a lot. Both of them are legends whom I have always followed closely and have learned a lot from them.

Vaibhav made it clear that although he also likes Nadal, but currently he has become a big fan of Serbia’s legendary tennis player Novak Djokovic. Djokovic’s mental strength and the spirit of never giving up on the court inspires Vaibhav a lot.
