India out of Women’s T20 World Cup 2026: Indian women’s team’s dream of winning the T20 World Cup has been shattered once again. The Indian team is out of the tournament after losing to Australia in its last group match. Australia won by 6 wickets and along with them South Africa also reached the semi-finals.

New Delhi. Like every time, once again the Indian women’s team’s dream of winning the T20 World Cup has remained unfulfilled. India was defeated by Australia in its last group match of this tournament being played in England. To make it to the semi-finals, India had to win this match in every defeat, but the team led by Harmanpreet Kaur was not successful. Australia won by 6 wickets and along with itself, South Africa also got the ticket to the top-4. Now the four final teams of the tournament have been revealed. From Group-A, Australia and South Africa have got tickets for the semi-finals, while from Group-B, England and West Indies have reached the next round.
