Madhavan said that middle-class thinking always keeps him connected to the ground and this is the best way to move forward in life, because through this a person is able to understand every situation and adapt himself with the changing times.

Recalling his childhood, he said that his childhood was very good but it also had many challenges. His father did not want him to grow up feeling special or entitled in any way. He also told that he was not very good in studies and was often compared with other children. Because of being mischievous, people even called him a devil and many parents stopped their children from playing with him. Madhavan said that being judged in childhood gives a lot of mental pressure, but it is important to accept the stress that comes in life and learn from it.

Talk on memes made on son Vedant
R Madhavan has expressed his concern about the popularity of his son Vedant Madhavan and the memes being created on social media. He said that he and his wife Sarita Madhavan are not very happy with these memes, especially when their son is compared with other children.

Madhavan said that he does not underestimate his son’s achievements, but he does not like that because he is a star kid, excessive attention or comparison should be given to him. He said that many times people do not understand that such things can affect a child emotionally.
