Yash’s Toxic releasing in Rakshabandhan week
The first name among the much appreciated films of the year is Yash Star Toxic. After many postponements, finally the release date of Yash’s film was announced yesterday. Let us tell you that this film will hit the theaters on 26th August. It will be released on Wednesday so that it can take full advantage of the festivals of Onam, Varamahalakshmi and Rakshabandhan. For North Market, Rakshabandhan will be a major festival and it is falling on Friday, 28th August. This film will have to clash with many other films in theaters on the festival of Rakshabandhan.
Khosla Ka Ghosla 2 is releasing on Rakshabandhan
Let us tell you that the first film to book this special slot was ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla 2’. On March 13, the makers announced that this comedy film would be released on August 28. Like the first part, Anupam Kher, Boman Irani, Ranveer Shorey, Parveen Dabas, Tara Sharma and other actors will be seen in its sequel. While ‘Khosla Ka Ghosla’ (2006) was directed by Dibakar Banerjee, the second part is directed by Prashant Bhagiya.

‘One: Force of the Forest’ will also hit the big screen on August 28
‘One: Force of the Forest’ will also clash on the big screen with Toxic and Khosla Ka Ghosla. This film will also be released on August 28 so that the three-day weekend can be taken advantage of. Siddharth Malhotra and Tamannaah Bhatia will be seen in it. Produced in collaboration with Balaji Motion Pictures and TVF, this film is directed by Arunabh Kumar and Deepak Mishra.
Itha will also hit the theaters on August 28
‘Itha’ is releasing on 28th August. In this, Shraddha Kapoor plays the role of famous Marathi tamasha artiste Vithabai Narayangaonkar. Directed by Laxman Utekar, director of the film ‘Chhaava’ (2025), this film stars Randeep Hooda and Mohd. Zeeshan Ayyub is also there.
