BCCI has made one change in the India A team for the tri-series being played in Sri Lanka. It has been decided to send Ashok Sharma on this tour in place of injured Yudhveer Singh. New Delhi. A change has been made in the India A team for the tri-series being played in Sri Lanka. Ashok Sharma, who bowls at a speed of 150 km per hour, has been included in the team. The selectors have decided to send him to Sri Lanka in place of injured Yudhveer Singh. Ashok plays for Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League. India had to face defeat in the Super Over against host Sri Lanka A in the tri-series on Monday. After the match, Vaibhav Suryavanshi got into a fight with the Sri Lankan players after being instigated by them.

Ashok has been included in the team in place of Yudhveer who was included in the India A team. He felt discomfort in his right shoulder while bowling on June 13. Earlier on June 11, he had faced a similar problem while fielding. India A team has to play Afghanistan A team a day later on June 17 in a do or die match.
