After the century, Abhishek was often seen doing ‘L Celebration’. L Celebration here refers to the English letter L, in the shape of which Abhishek used to show his fingers towards the fans. But this time he tied both his hands by scoring a century against Delhi. When asked about his celebration after his century, he said, ‘I have been doing this ‘L Celebration’ for a long time, it is just for the love that we get from the stadium.’

How did you score the second century of IPL?
Abhishek Sharma said here on Tuesday that the ball was coming a little slow on the pitch, due to which the team had to change its plan in the powerplay. After scoring 242 runs for two wickets, Sunrisers restricted Delhi Capitals to 195 runs for nine wickets. Player of the match Abhishek said at the post-match awards ceremony:
The way we started, we had a plan. We wanted to use the powerplay, but the wicket was a bit slow, so we had to change our strategy. I love playing here and entertaining the audience. Special thanks to the coach and captain of the team, because they give us the freedom to express ourselves.
