The team scored 254 runs on the scoreboard after losing 7 wickets in 20 overs. Connolly also appeared to be in excellent form and played a strong inning of 87 runs in 46 balls.

Chasing the target of 255 runs, LSG team could score only 200 runs after losing 5 wickets in 20 overs. Rishabh Pant batted brilliantly and played a brilliant inning of 43 runs in 23 balls, while Aiden Markram scored 42 runs in 22 balls.
