New Delhi. Chennai Super Kings (CSK) has suffered its fifth consecutive defeat in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025, due to which questions are being raised about the team's performance. However, the team's batting coach Michael Hussey, while fully supporting the players, made it clear that there is no need to accept defeat yet, because they have the right players who are capable of making a comeback. On Friday, Chennai faced M.A. at its home ground. Had to face a shameful defeat against Kolkata Knight Riders at Chidambaram Stadium (Chepauk). Batting first, the team scored only 103 runs for nine wickets, which is the lowest score in their IPL history. In reply, Kolkata team achieved this target by losing only two wickets, due to which Chennai suffered a crushing defeat by eight wickets.
